Our most prolific variety, Music is a great choice for a first-time grower. It consistently produces large bulbs on strong plants. It was brought years ago to North America by Al Music and has become quite popular. The zesty flavor makes it a great choice for salsa! Large bulbs have from 4-6 plump cloves with pink wrappers that are easy to peel.
All of our varieties are USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC by Midwest Organic Services Association (MOSA). We are committed to sustainable, organic growing methods, without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. Our northern climate is especially suitable for the hardneck varieties we grow, which have shown to be vigorous during our cold winters and successfully emerge through a thick layer of mulch in spring.
Garlic is graded by size with the largest bulbs selling first. One pound of garlic contains from 5 to 10 or more bulbs, depending on the size. We sell only the highest quality - if we wouldn't plant it, we won't sell it!
