Our mustard is organically certified by One Cert Missouri. It is made from seed we grow, our own garlic and vinegar (made from our sorghum). Its unique flavor is spicy owing to the stone ground black mustard seeds.
We grow approximately 5 acres of sorghum each year. We harvest manually and bring the stalks to our three roller, 1933 mill. Once the juice is extracted, we use a steam boiler process to reduce it to an amber colored syrup. Our mustard is grown and miled on the farm using yellow and black seeded flour. To this we add our garlic and other spices. Our bees collect nectar from many wildflowers as well as our planted clover and buckwheat fields. This golden honey is bottled raw, preserving its vital nutrients and immune enhancing properties.
