Nasturtium - Dwarf Alaska Mixed Colors
Foliage is green and white. It goes good with the two-inch flowers. They bloom in bright shades of red, yellow and orange. The plants work well in window boxes and other containers. They are also ideal for edging beds and borders. The edible leaves and flowers have a watercress-like flavor and are used in salads and sandwiches.
Sow seed outdoors in a sunny to partial shade location. Cover seed with 1/2 inch of soil. Tamp soil lightly and keep moist.
For earliest blooms start seeds indoors. Thin seedlings when they are 3 inches tall with a final spacing of 10 inches.
Happy Planting !! Leave your worries in the dirt as you pull the weeds.
