Natural Harvest is where the farmer's market is indoors, all year round! We're a member-owned co-op, in business for 30+ years, and open to all. We offer a full selection of local and regional organic produce, bulk foods and snacks, organic, free-range meats and dairy, fresh, local breads, natural supplements, and beauty products. We offer spring and fall classes in do-it-yourself topics from beer and wine making to cheese making and canning. Located just off the Mesabi Trail, our deli offers a delicious lunch special M-F, and healthy, homemade soups, salads and sandwiches, including vegetarian and gluten- c Stop in for a latte or a smoothie, and stay for the good vibes.
