30# combination package includes approximately 7-8# of brisket roasts or baby back ribs (your choice), 12# boneless beef roasts (chuck, sirloin tip, rump) and 10-11# of 90% lean ground beef.

Your shipment will be shipped frozen via UPS or Fed EX ground service or SpeeDee delivery if local up to two days shipping time from Hill and Vale Farm (Wykoff, MN). Please check you zip code. Ours is 55990. We charge no handling or for ice gel and insulated box. You billing will reflect the total of the estimated shipping cost and the product.
