We produce at our farm GRAS FED Lamb and Beef and PASTURE RAISED Pork and Chicken. Also eggs and certified organic vegetables apples and apple cider when is season. Our animals have access to the outdoors year round. Our cattle, (scottish highlanders, heritage breed) and sheep are grass fed, they have acres of pasture and fresh water and air. We never give them antibiotics or hormones, they live a natural life acording to their natures. Our pigs and chickens are also pasture raised and supplemented with sproutted grains. Our goal is to became certified biodynamic and we are working towards it. We don't use any quemicals, pesticides or fertilizers, only compost made with the biodynamic preparations. (more...)

Schedule and Location:
Cooperstownl farmers market. Saturdays 9 am to 2 pm
Flanklyn farmer's market Sundays 9 am to 2 pm in the summer only
Columbia University Farmer's Market,(114 st and Broadway), Manhattam, Ny 8 am to 5 pm

U-Pick Farm   

Schedule and Location:
You can come at any time to the farm to pick up our meats, just call to place an order and set an appointment.
You can also purchase our products at the Nectar Hills Farm Store, located in Cherry Valley. The store opens fridays, saturdays and sundays. Contact us for hours.
