nectar restaurant and wine bar

nectar is a small restaurant in downtown moscow idaho. our philosophy in cooking is to create simple dishes that use exceptional ingredients. we use as many fresh and local ingredients as possible. all our beef comes from a local farm, Eaton's Ranch, which raises all natural grass fed beef and much of our produce comes from local growers. we serve fresh seafood and change our menu almost weekly to reflect what is in season and at it's peak. we also have an extensive wine list that features wines from around the world with an emphasis on amazing local wines from washington and oregon.
