We grow a wide variety of vegetables, including heirlooms and specialty vegetables such as unusual Asian greens. We have berries and apples in season and lots of herbs and cut flowers. Our two farm gardens work together to stock our market stands and our CSA for reliable and wonderful harvests. We also make artisan breads, sweets, vinegars, and various preserves. We grow most of our vegetables in unheated high tunnels for clean, beautiful, and healthful produce. We do not use artificial fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides.

Our high tunnels are real season extenders. Two new tunnels are going up this year--one with added solar inputs, for a total of six. This makes it possible to pick salad greens starting in May, and to actually ripen peppers this far north! We will have two self-serve market stands this year as well as continuing our CSA subscriptions.
