Nella Pasta specializes in fresh handmade pastas. The Italian word "nella" translates to "in the" in Italian, hence our dedication to use the finest quality ingredients when making our product. When starting Nella Pasta, Leigh and Rachel were less focused on creating authentic, Italian Pasta, and rather chose to develop our recipes based on healthy, quality, locally sourced ingredients. We know that every-time you make a purchase, you are ultimately casting on a vote on the way food is made. We want you to know that that vote matters, and we'll make sure we do our part to use the finest quality ingredients that support the practices of local farmers.
Currently, we use a variety of local farms from the Prudential, Hingham & Copley Farmer's Markets including Springbrook Farm in Littleton, MA, MacArthur Farm in Holliston, MA, Sienna Farm in Sudbury MA and Lipinski Farm in Hanson, MA.
