Knox County's New Harvest Park Farmers Market is a producer only market featuring fresh, locally grown produce, meats and dairy products, organics, flowers, plants, herbs and artisan food products. Held each Thursday, from 3 to 6 p.m., April through November, the market attracts vendors and customers from several counties surrounding the park. Special events are planned in conjunction with the market, including demonstrations of cooking with market produce and informational programs on Rain Barrels, Composting, Herb Growing, and Recycling.
