New Oaks is a sustainable family farm entering our second season of production. Our first year was a huge success and we are planning big things for 2012. We believe in feeding our soil rather than the crops and our on-farm composting and livestock grazing rotations will be central to making the farm truly sustainable. As we rebuild the soil, we hope to eliminate the use of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides completely. Our goal is to provide the freshest, most attractive produce you can find! We are currently accepting members for our spring/summer 2012 CSA. Our service does not require any commitments (you can start or stop when you like), and allows payment as your weekly boxes are delivered rather than up front.
