o.b.'s Famous "Mother of all Vinegar Starters" has gone neutral! Yes, now you can make Red, or White Wine Vinegar, and Apple Cider Vinegar! Using my own homemade Meads, (honey wine) makes a delicate Vinegar, that works well as a neutral flavor for any type Vinegar. As always I throw in a whole "slab" of the Mother to get your Vinegar going in just three weeks.
Unlike commercial brands you find in Brew shops, that are basically just Vinegar in a bottle, o.b.'s cultured Mother of Vinegar has an actual piece of the mother you can see in the jar, and that makes the difference between making Wine Vinegar, and collecting dust. Directions on the jar in plain English, makes it easy, and fun.
Also available in deep red for Red Wine only, just make a note of preference at the point of sale. Limited quantities mean frequently "out of stock" signs. Stocks usually replenished in a few day's, so check back often or get on "product waiting list" and we will contact you!
