Oakland Green is a ninth generation family farm. We have been operating as a small cattle farm as well as a Bed and Breakfast for more than 20 years and are now offering our top quality Angus beef direct to consumer for purchase by the side or by the individual cut. Our cattle are all farm bred and raised from strong stock. We firmly believe that healthy, sustainable farming practices make for strong animals and that healthy animals make healthy meat. We use antibiotics only when absolutely necessary. In the past five years we have never administered antibiotics except in the first week or two of life - and even then usually only two or three calves per year even need it. We never use growth hormones or steroids.
