Our young farm, incorporated June 2008, was designed for biodiversity, self-reliance, and low-input/high yield food production systems on every one of its 20 acres. We currently raise vegetables using organic methods, as well as pastured laying hens and heritage breed hogs. Blackberries and asparagus should be in full production within the next two years. Small grains, mushrooms, and honey are also in the beginning stages of production. Most of our products are sold at area farmers markets, restaurants, and through a direct-order email list. Okfuskee Farm offers year-round internships and farm tours by request.
