We are currently signing up for our July CSA season! Our mission is to produce great tasting, high quality, wholesome meats with only the finest ingredients- grass, certified organic/natural feed, and clean water- the way nature intended it to be. Try our monthly mixed meat CSA program or our grass fed beef, and certified organic fed pork sold by the quarter. Finished beef and pork are mixed with premium cuts of steaks, roasts, chops, and ground meat. Our bacon is smoked without nitrates with hickory and cherry wood harvested locally. Through our CSA you can also get turkey, goose, duck & emu. We do not use growth hormones, feed antibiotics, or other growth promoters on any of our animals. Compassion and humane treatment of our animals is top priority.

We use GMO free and/or organic grain for chickens and hogs along with grass for beef. Humane treatment of our animals is given top priority. Our CSA sign up information is now available.
