everything we do is from scratch, from as many local sources as we can find! we don't own a can opener and there is no microwave! even our music is all local!! we are a tiny little dive, please consider making reservations! Olive uses over 45 local farmers and purveyors including: Star Dancer Creamery, White Mountain Honey, E.A.T. food for life, Ed Hill Farm, The Clark Family Farm, Granny's Fashions, Patchwork Gardens, , My Micro Greens, South Park Comm. Gardens and many, many more!
