Lemon Truffles are all Belgian semi-sweet chocolate with organic cream, organic vanilla and organic Meyer Lemon essential oil. Than they are hand dipped in a 60% Chocolate. Smells like a Lemon Grove on a day full of dappled sunshine in California.
Meyer Lemons are a cross between a Lemon and an Orange. They are milder than the more common lemon with almost no sourness, bitterness and just enough tartness to make to you sing. This unusual truffle is most often described as "refreshing" and "startlingly Good". Folks come back for this one.
