Located on 25 acres in the Hudson Valley's Shawangunk Mountains, One Earth Farm specializes in naturally grown Heirloom Salad mixes and Medicinal Herbs. We grow more than 70 different medicinal herbs and over 25 delicious varieties of salad greens. One Earth Farm supplies its "All Good" Heirloom Salad mixes and selection of Handmade Herbal teas at the New Paltz and Rosendale Farmer's Markets, the High Falls Food Co-op, Stone Ridge Orchard Farm Stand and by special order. We are committed to healing our local and global communities and creating secure, sustainable local food systems through ecological agriculture. In the future, we will offer farm-based youth education; affordable, nutritious salad and herbs for low-income families, as well as hosting community cultural events and hands-on sustainable living projects.
