One Farm

At One Farm, our slogan is "Everything starts with one." What does that mean to us? It's never too late to start something new, something different, something better. It's never too late to get healthier or do something you always wish you had. If you want to eat better, then start today. Start with one vegetable, one new recipe or one meal. Just start.

We grow chemical-free vegetables and herbs for Harrison County, Iowa and beyond. In 2012, watch for One Farm at the Thursday Harrison County Welcome Center Farmers Market between Missouri Valley and Logan or order online for Tuesday pickups. Visit the One Farm website for details on the Local Dirt online ordering system (click on "Buy Produce").

We also offer a special Thanksgiving Bounty Box a few days before the holiday.

One Farm's owner/operator, Danelle Myer, grew up on a soybean, corn and cattle farm near Logan, Iowa, where her parents continue to farm today. She studied public relations at the University of Northern Iowa and worked in marketing, advertising, PR, events and promotion for more than 15 years. Through life experience and interests in Iowa farm legacies, the land, the environment, a deep connection to the outdoor world, physical work, cooking and food as medicine, she was led back to the farm to create her own farm life and business. Thus far, she is a one-farmer farm growing chemical-free vegetables and herbs for her local farmers market and direct customers in Harrison and Shelby counties.
