We raise animals for meat, eggs, milk and cheese, and grow vegetables, berries, fruit and nuts. Every day we are grateful for a life that is connected closely to the land, in tune with the seasons and requires physical labor and ingenuity. It is great learning old skills and integrating them into new farming practices. We also love feeding friends and family such fresh, delicious and nutritious food.

We enjoy providing access to a small farm with chickens, pigs, goats, turkeys, ducks and cows. Raising our animals with kindness and respect, results in animals that are friendly to our visitors. People enjoy laughing with, touching, and feeding our animals.

Some of the ways we provide access and education include family farm tours, seasonal workshops, programs for home school children, internships and volunteer opportunities.

We prioritize farming in a way that sustains the environment and doesn??¢?¯?¿?½??¯?¿?½?t poison our land, water or air. Many people want to learn about how farms can provide food that is clean, safe, nutritious and doesn??¢?¯?¿?½??¯?¿?½?t harm the earth in its production.

Cornish Rock Broiler Chickens: We raise our broiler chickens in mobile pens, moving them daily to fresh grass and insect protein. Add natural grain, clean water, sunshine, and lots of care, and the result is a surprisingly tasty chicken.

Heritage Pork: Our heritage breed (Gloucester Old Spot/ Tamworth) pigs offer deliciously tender and juicy pork that people say is the best they??¢?¯?¿?½??¯?¿?½?ve ever had. The pigs are raised in fresh air and sunshine, with plenty of room to romp. We feed them a natural grain mix and gourmet pasta scraps and veggies from the good folks at Mona Lisa Pasta.

Grass Finished Beef: Our five head of cattle lead a pretty stress free lifestyle. We move the pasture every 4 days for optimal grazing. Our healthy Angus/Holstein and Dexter breeds are lean and tasty.

Socialize with the chickens. Gather eggs from under a hen. Talk with the turkeys. Feed the goats. Be with the cows. Romp with the piglets. Quack with the ducks. Stroll in the garden. Breathe in the smoke house. Rejuvenate your spirit!

Hope to see you soon!

A diversified family farm growing healthy food for our community.

Family Farm Tours: It's a pleasure sharing the love for our farm with visitors. There's so much to experience and learn. We are enthusiastic about the local food movement, and the opportunity to offer an in depth view of the farm behind the farmers market stand. It's a great time to find out the difference between industrial agriculture and the science of producing food in balance with natural systems.
