Open Oak Farm

We Grow Grains, Beans, and Winter Vegetables for Oregon's Willamette Valley.

We are a new farm dedicated to helping folks in the Willamette Valley eat a little closer to home. Located near Crawfordsville, Oregon, we aim to fill people's bellies with high quality staple foods.

On our 20 acres, we grow hard red and soft white wheat, rye, barley, buckwheat, dry corn, and more, as well as a diverse collection of beautiful dry beans. We also grow over 30 types of winter vegetables for our winter season CSA.

We are currently in the process of transitioning our new farm to certified organic from its former status as hay field.

I am so concerned about GMO, and corn is one of the most GMO seeds. Are these 100% Non-GMO? Also, corn tends to mold quickly. Is there any mold on this corn?

I am only rating this corn at 1 star until I hear the answers to these questions. Then hopefully I can change my rating.
