Our chickens live on a four acre farm and wander around their yard all day long. They eat a traditional diet, lay their eggs and roost at night in their deluxe hen house. They are happy, healthy and enjoy flocking together. In our biased opinion, our hens live a great life.
We have Rhode Island Reds, Delawares, New Hampshire Reds, Australorps, Old English Game Hens, and some random breeds. The eggs are various shades of brown, white, and green with dark yellow yolks. Most days we sell eggs that were laid within the last 24 hours.
Free farm tours are available. We also have an Australian cattle dog and a cat. In the spring we will get lambs and kids.
Children are always welcome.
Eggs are $4 a dozen and only available at our farm in Ramona which is easily accessible from Route 78. We are about 3 miles from the intersections of Routes 78 and 67.
