Our oregano is predominantly the Greek variety that is stronger and more pungent both in odor and in flavor. Use this in traditional Mediterranean dishes, on pizza, with tomatoes, zucchini, eggs, fish, shellfish, poultry, pasta, soups, salads, olives, artichokes, or mushrooms. In short, you can use oregano to advantage in much of your cooking.
We also cultivate a few Italian oregano plants and have a row of "hot and spicy". Ask about these if specifically interested.
