Our beef is certified organic by Indiana Certifed Organic. Our breed is Devon which was introduced to this country in the early 1600's and was used prdominately for homesteading as a triple-purpose breed for milk, meat and oxen. These animals are a rich, redish brown color and are known for their hardiness and ability to convert grass into high quality meet and milk.
We are currently offering freezer beef in 1/4, 1/2 and whole size lots.
Our processing is done locally at 3 locations:
Martin's Meats in Sandusky, C. Roy's in Yale and McNees Meats in North Branch.
