Wholesome Buttermilk Cornbread
Preheat oven to 375�F. Melt butter in a large skillet. Remove from heat, beat in sugar and eggs. Combine soda and buttermilk; stir into mixture. Add cornmeal, flour, salt and blend well. Pour into greased 8 inch� pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until center is done.
