We can't call it jam because we don't put enough sugar in it! Our own Organic Wild Maine Blueberries, locally grown Organic Strawberries and Organic Raspberries, Organic sugar, a little lemon juice & citrus pectin go into each small hand-made batch. The result is delicious. Great on its own, as a topping on cheescake or a sauce with ice cream.
Equally special old fashioned Spiced Organic Apple Butter makes a great Winter treat.
