New for 2012! An aromatic, rejuvenating and replenishing blend of lemon balm, nettle, raspberry leaf, red clover, calendula, echinacea, hops, chocolate mint, and spearmint. All herbs and flowers are grown and cultivated through sustainable, organic practices. We hand-harvest weekly throughout the spring, summer, and fall; the herbs are put in our solar dehydrator or hung up in the barn to dry, then jarred and stored . To ensure quality and flavor, we blend and package the tea with each order, so you receive the freshest product possible!
The pricing represents the true cost of a small-scale cottage industry in our endeavor to revitalize and relocalize our economy with value-added products. The labor involved in developing the tea, unlike conventional organic brands, was not outsourced or subcontracted but accomplished entirely onsite.
