Chickens and turkeys are flash-frozen, which offers the freshest, most flavorful roasting chicken and turkey available. Our chickens are perfect for all of your most important family meals of the year. Our chickens are pasture-raised and completely free of pesticides, chemicals and anti-biotics. They are raised cage-free on our 30-acre farm and are free to roam, as nature intended.
Our turkeys and chickens are processed at Sonday Produce located in Waupaca, WI. Sonday Produce is organic certified by the Midwest Organic Services Association (MOSA), as well as inspected and licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture. They are USDA certified according to the National Organic Program Standards (NOPS).
For internet sales, fresh organic chickens and heritage turkeys are shipped flash-frozen via UPS or FedEx in order to ensure the finest quality and freshness. The tracking number will be sent to the customer by email immediately upon shipment.
