Organic produce, all natural poultry, and beef is ordered for pick-up on the third Thursday every other month, 12:30 pm until dark. Coop members must pick-up what they order on coop day.
Organic produce is ordered from Country Fresh. The produce is grown all over the U.S. and some from other countries. In season some produce is ordered from a local gardener which is not certified but is grown organically.
Beef is ordered from Belle Brook Farms, Nacogdoches, Texas; poultry from Fran's Fryers, Milford, Texas. The beef and poultry products are all natural.
Other products available are fresh yard eggs, grains, seeds, cereals, nuts, local honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, etc.
