Our farm grows catnip, culinary herbs, vegetables, raspberries and gourds for crafts. We use organic fertilizer. We do not use any insecticides. Our growing season is short due to our location very near to Lake Superior.
The culinary herbs we grow include Chives, Dill, Garlic, Marjoram, Oregano, Sage, Rosemary, Tarragon andThyme.
Dried Gourds, Crafted Gourds, Gourd Seeds, Dried Catnip, Dried Herbs and farm crafts are available year round to the general public. We are a member of The American Gourd Society.
Our Crafted Gourds include Bird Houses, Bird Feeders and Watering Stations, Baskets, Bowls, Dippers and Ornaments.
All our Bird Houses are prepared for outside use; they are varnished, coated with polyurethane and have drainage holes drilled in the bottoms. They are

U-Pick Raspberries at the farm, Monday and Thursday, 9AM till 6PM, July through August.

Dried Catnip, Dried Culinary Herbs, Farm fresh vegetables, raspberries and gourds for crafts, We craft Gourds (Birdhouses, Bird Feeders, Baskets, Bowls, Dippers/Ladles and Ornaments). We have a green house area for seed starting; usually starting seeding in March. We maintain a number of cold frames for relocating potted plants from the green house area; the plants stay in the cold frames from mid April through May. Our late frosts and cold nights last through May.
