Our Little Farm

Hi, my name is Larry McAuliffe. My wife, Kate, and I ran a CSA program in 2010 and 2011. Due to health issues, we will not be able to run the CSA in 2012 and are unlikely to sell at any local markets. We'll see about 2013.

Our Little Farm is a diverse subsistence farm on 20 acres in southeast Pennfield Township. Just about 6 of those acres are pasture, another 6 or 8 are wooded, and the rest of the acreage is split up here and there into orchards, access routes, meadows, and gardens. We're applying permaculture tools and principles to improve the resilience of our lives and production here on the farm while reducing our needs and demands on the environment.

After a 30+ year career in the automotive industry, mostly in product engineering (I have a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering) and most recently in marketing, I've given up on corporate life and established Our Little Farm. I've (more...)
