Unlike the beef that you would buy in the grocery store, our beef has been produced right here in Central Virginia, solely on grass. Our steers never enter a feedlot and are never fed any cereal grains whatsoever. It takes a little longer to finish steers this way, but we believe that slow, natural growth is healthier for the animal, healthier for the environment and healthier for your family. And whether you're packing school lunches, planning roast for Sunday, or need something quick and easy for a Tuesday night we've got family-friendly, freezer-friendly beef your whole family will enjoy - even your five-year-old.
