Gardeners in climates with hot summers will have better results planting in the fall. Plant
seeds 1/4 inch deep, and be prepared for a wait since germination can take six to eight weeks.

It thrives in partly shady, and even shady areas. This easy to grow herb tolerates poor soil and poor drainage, so it can be put in areas of the garden that other plants do not like. Once Parsley has wintered over in your garden it will begin growth with the first rays of sun in the spring. New growth begins
shortly after the snow has melted.
