We focus our attention on the consumer. Anyone can purchase designer food . . . we prefer delivering customized foods within a seasonal context. We have tried to diversify our tiny operation to offer as much variety as possible. Free-range chickens (no hormones, no steroids, no antibiotics, no animal bi-products) and vegetables grown naturally with no chemical pesticides or herbicides. By 2010 our apple orchard will be productive and we will be starting our Vineyard for production in 2011. We will also be adding cattle (milk and beef) and a few lambs and goats and a selection of specialty creatures (ducks, geese, rabbits - just to name a few). We look forward to working with folks who appreciate uncommon quality and nutritional value and understand the concept of eating seasonally and preparing surplus for winter-time enjoyment. Please enjoy our back-to-basics farm-to-family approach. Let us know what you would like us to grow and we will customize a program to meet your nutritional needs. We are seeking partnerships within our community (farmers and families) that will help strengthen our commitments to ourselves and our loved-ones by having a proper, and responsible connection to the foods that we eat.
