Paul Wirtz, owner of Paul's Produce, has been growing produce in the Sonoma Valley for more than 20 years. Growing organically, (without certification), Paul has been building soils and plant diversity up and down the valley. He truly is an artist in the field. Paul's Produce is available at Farmers' Markets in Sonoma, local restaurants and Sonoma Market. Beginning June 2011 Paul's Produce has begun a small "Chef's CSA".
