Pembroke Gardens operates stands at the Fort Wayne South Side Farmers Market, 3300 Warsaw Street, West Main Street Farmers Market, and the Main Street Winter Market. We offer fresh produce, flowers, plants, and transplants grown in our own backyards, as well as fresh baked goods made with locally grown ingredients. All baked goods are vegan, and some are gluten-free as well. One garden is in the central city, one in a suburban setting, and we also use a community garden lot at Foster Park. Look for perennial flowers, salad greens, raspberry plants, and annuals. We also sell fresh bouquets, made to order. We accept WIC market vouchers. We sell fresh cut herbs, including thyme, rosemary, cilantro, parsley, sage, soup celery, chervil, mints, fennel, and other favorites.

Now is the time to plan for spring. I carry Seed Savers Exchange seeds every saturday at the Main Street Winter Market. Contact me if there is something specific you seek. If there is a specific plant --herb, tomato, vegetable, pepper--that you would like to purchase from my stand at the South Side Farmers Market, when we open in April--please email me. I'd be happy to start plants for you. If you'd like to see an excel spreadsheet of offerings, email me, and I'll be happy to forward it to you.
