Organically grown produce, currently specializing in hardneck garlic and shallot onions. Hardneck garlic cloves are larger and easier to peel than softnecks found in most grocery stores, with deeper more interesting flavors. Several varieties available, including German Porcelain, German Red, Spanish Red, Rosewood, and Brown Tempest.
French Grey Shallot onions. Highly esteemed by gourmets, the bulbs are pear-shaped, creamy purple within, having unusually tough, dusky-gray outer skins. They have a terrific flavor. Dutch Red Shallots. A variety with a red skin and a red to purple inside. It has a nice raw taste and cooks to a delicious light flavor. Stores well.
