Sheep milk production is the primary focus for the farm in 2006 over lamb sales and wool production. As an artisan cheese producer, our gains made in 2005 will see construction of the creamery, an improved parlor, manure bunker, water and septic system this spring following completion of our new barn and upgraded rotational page wire paddocks. This allows us to milk 75 ewes for perishable cheese, aged cheese, pasteurized and raw milk production for mail order, on-farm sales etc. In future, farm tours and internships will be offered to serious aspirants who wish to enter sheep dairying agriculture. After years of self directed study and hands on training in Great Britain we will offer consulting for those interested in learning about this agriculture.
