Thanks to all of my new and returning customers for a great year! The bees did well and all hives look well and busy going into late fall. Everyone loved this year's honey crop, describing it as "delicate," "floral," and my favorite, "the best ever"! Have alot to live up to next year but I'm already looking forward to the 2012 season. We've just sold out (November) and will have honey again in early June. Persimmon Ridge honey is well worth the wait. Every drop comes from organically managed hives so that means 100% pure raw honey for your table. I buy no other honey to bottle, all the honey is produced by my own bees. Unfortunately that means I usually sell out well before Christmas so stock up early! We also offer 100% beeswax candles throughout most of the year.
