We are a small woodland farm overlooking Lake Champlain producing limited amounts of pork from Gloucestershire Old Spot pigs & lamb. We follow a low intervention approach, with our animals being the main source of landscape labour, slowly renovating our woodlands by removing invasives and nuturing the hardwoods. Our meat is antibiotic and hormone free and USDA processed only a couple of miles away.
