Piedmont Restaurant specializes in traditional Italian and French cuisine prepared with locally sourced ingredients. We work closely with the wonderful farmers in our area to create dishes that are seasonal and sustainable as well as delicious. Homemade pastas, charcuterie, pasture-raised meat, local cheeses and seasonal vegetables are always available on our daily-changing menu. We also feature a full bar with specialty cocktails that highlight our house-made bitters, syrups, sodas and licquers.
