We are a 35 acre family run farm in the beautiful Cascade foothills of Sandy, OR. Our goal as farmers is to work with nature to produce the highest quality food possible.
We currently are raising black angus beef cows, jersey dairy cows, pigs, and a few chickens and ducks. Our beef is grass fed and finished. We use Thorvin kelp and salt for their mineral. We sell our beef by the 1/4, 1/2 or whole. We are sold out for 2011. We have 1/2 and whole pork shares that will be ready in November. We have a herd share agreement for people who want raw whole milk, cream, butter and buttermilk.
