Prairie Hollow Farm makes cheddar, monterey jack, mozzarella, colby, ricotta, and feta cheeses in a variety of flavors. The cheese is made with milk from our own cows who spend their days happily munching on grass in our 80 acres of pasture. All cheese is made on the farm in our state inspected farmstead cheese plant. Cheeses are available on the farm and by mail-order.
