Sodium content is 480mg/2 oz serving in our bacon and hams. Unbelievable flavor with real hickory wood smoking, no liquid smoke used. We specialize in "uncured " products. What that means is: we smoke and cure our hams, bacon, and smoked sausages, with celery powder and sea salt, which have a natural nitrite found in them, thus we do not add the chemical nitrite or nitrate.
