Cucumbers, green beans and sugar snap peas are purchased directly from farms in Oregon's Willamette valley. Asparagus comes from a farm in Nyssa in eastern Oregon and whole garlic cloves are grown in Gilroy, California. Lemons come from Lemon Ladies Orchard in California.
