Prigel Family Creamery will process milk from Bellevale Farm into fresh, nutrient dense dairy foods from our cows that graze on grass grown from organically balanced soils. We are committed to our community, to integrity in our stewardship of the land, and to humane treatment of our animals. Currently Prigel Family Creamery processes our organic milk into ice cream. Come visit our retail store at the farm and enjoy a scoop of ice cream, a delicious milkshake, or take a container home! In the near future we will carry our organic milk, yogurt,butter and cheese.
