Primo is a Mediterranean inspired restaurant in Mid-coast Maine. Primo has a 2 acre organic garden, 2 green houses, heirloom pigs and Italian honeybees. We practice sustainability where ever and when ever we can. We have an extensive recycling program and have recently upgraded many of our systems to become more friendly to the environment. Bon Apetite Magazine voted Primo number one in the top ten eco-friendly restaurants in January 2008.
Our menu changes daily according to what is available locally and seasonally. We have a large bar with creative cocktails and a seperate lighter bar menu.
