Inspired by our two decades of travel to the culturally rich U.S. and British Virgin Islands, we wanted to capture the essence of full exotic calypso flavors using our own fresh picked ingredients. For this reason we use two species of sun-ripened California peaches picked right from the tree to provide the base for this very spicy, very traditional Caribbean condiment.
