Producer-Consumer Group of South Central Montana

The Producer-Consumer group of South Central Montana is an advocate for local (South central Montana, Northwestern Wyoming) food producers. The group was formed as an outcome of a forum in Red Lodge entitled 'Improving Community Well-Being Through Food' that was held on February 12, 2011.

Our goal is to help local producers distribute and market their products to residential and commercial consumers (groceries, institutions, and restaurants) in the area so that members of our communities may benefit from increased quality of food through increased availability of local products.
