We are a small, family-owned and operated cattle ranch, and have been in the business for 3 generations now. We love the land, the livestock and the lifestyle, and wish to be part of the movement of more smaller farms and ranches, growing and providing for local populations. We would love to do more direct-marketing. Our cattle (approximately 350) are raised in beautiful country, on pastures, and are treated humanely and with respect. We also raise sheep, and do quite a bit of direct marketing with the lambs. Just recently, in an effort to share what we have (which we think is the greatest way to live, and to feel close to the earth) we have opened our doors as a guest ranch, to invite others to come and see and participate a little in the food production through farm (or ranch) tours and vacations.
